Hi Rai, Many thanks for your reply. I am quite familiar with Arabica Monsooned Malabar beans. The wild card (for me) is the Robusta! My roaster does batches of 1.2kg. For the first batch, I might err a bit on the light side with the Robusta and use 100gm of them with 1.1kg of the Arabica. I can always build up in future roasts. It is great to have this website operational. Congratulations in getting it happening! I am wishing you every success with it and with ICT. I am happy to have found a new location for sourcing green beans.
