From the region of Huila, Rodrigo and his family and work team have been working in the world of speciality coffees for 16 years. they started working in 2002, they were on of the pioneers in colombia. They relized that although no one abroad was interested in looking for varieties, processes, farms of origin or differentiated coffees in the cup, tey decided to be adventurous and started working hard to achieve added value to their product. - Natural Cherry. 250 h. fermented anaerobically
- Washed Mint. 100 h. fermented aerobically, dry depulped and let it cool down in water for about 6 hours, then 100 h. more anaerobically.
Fermentation process: Both fermentations have been added with different microorganisms (yeast, lactobacilli) to give the desired flavor profile.
